If an image aligns with a user’s existing beliefs or emotional experiences, they are more likely to accept it as authentic. However, images generated by artificial intelligence can be identified even without technical tools, simply by interpreting tell-tale visual cues, according to a new study by Corvinus University of Budapest.

Klaudia Szőts-Kováts, Assistant Professor, and Henriett Primecz, Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest, have received a prestigious international recognition after their joint study was honored with the Monica M. Lee Research Excellence Award by the Academy of Human Resource Development.

The total number of domestic applicants placing Corvinus University of Budapest first has increased by 6.5 per cent this year, while first-choice applications to the university’s master’s programmes are up by 23.8 per cent compared with the previous academic year. More than half of all domestic applicants to English-language economics programmes chose Corvinus as their first choice. The university’s BSc in International Business has become the most popular Corvinus programme among first-choice applicants.
