September 2025 Intake
Applications for the September 2025 intake have now closed.
Congratulations to our admitted freshers!
- If you have not yet accepted your place (paid your first semester tuition fees and submitted your declaration), please consider carefully if you can still meet the official enrolment deadline of 12 noon on Friday 12 September. If you might not, we recommend that you reapply for our next intake as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to start your studies in the coming semester. Please note that our next intake is September 2026 and that we do not operate a January of February intake. It is not possible to defer your application. If you wish to study with us from September 2026, please reapply – see further information about this below.
- If you have accepted your place and are in the process of making arrangements for your arrival in Budapest, please look out for University email communications about when you need to come to campus to enrol in person. Please also follow the updates For Freshmen – Corvinus University of Budapest carefully.
- The official deadline to complete the enrolment process is 12 noon on Friday, 12 September, 2025
- you can complete your enrolment in the Student Services Area (building E, 1st floor) from Monday to Thursday: 9.00 – 16.00 and on Friday: 9.00 – 12.00.
- You can register your subjects in Neptun from 15 September to 21 September. You can only add (and cannot drop) your subjects in this period.
- you need to request an extension by 10am on Friday 26 September 2025 at the latest:
- Step 1: Log in to your Neptun account
- Step 2: Go to Administration → Requests, then click on Request Fill.
- Step 3: Locate the request entitled M105-Dean’s request for admitted students beyond the enrollment period
- Step 4: Submit your request and upload any relevant documents
- Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Once a decision has been reached and you are granted permission to complete face-to-face enrolment late, you will be able to download a document stating this (Neptun → Profile → TR Documents). You will then be able to use this, for example, to support your visa application.
- You can register your subjects in Neptun from 15 September to 21 September. You can only add (and cannot drop) your subjects in this period.
- If you arrive only after 21 September with the special permission, the colleagues of the Study Administration Services will help you to register your courses.
- Please note that with the special permission the final deadline to arrive at the University is before 12 noon on Friday 26 September 2025, and that no further extension will be possible under any circumstances.
- If you cannot arrive until the date that is indicated in your special permission – but latest until 26 September:
We will have no other option but to recommend that you reapply for the 2026/27 academic year.

September 2026 Intake
Applications will open in the early autumn. Be an early bird and apply by the end of January 2026.
