Programme Director

Intellectual property (IP) plays a pivotal role in the modern business landscape by protecting innovations, creative outputs, and distinctive brand assets that form the foundation of a company’s competitive advantage. By securing IP rights, businesses can safeguard their products, services, and branding from unauthorized use, capitalize on technology transfer, and create new revenue streams. Thus, IP is not only a legal mechanism for protecting intangible assets but also a powerful strategic tool that enhances brand value, market position, and long-term business success.  With the pace of innovation speeding up and markets growing ever more competitive, aligning IP management with entrepreneurial thinking and strategic decision-making is crucial. The Master’s programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to strategically manage and leverage intellectual property in both national and international contexts.
