Nowadays, professional knowledge plays an important role in the labor market, and those who have professional training have better chances for success. Having this in mind, we proudly introduce the Faculty of Food Science educational program.
The new requirements regarding foodstuffs and the renewed food safety regulations are emphasized in the educational program in accordance with the European Union membership of Hungary. Our graduated food engineers communicate well (both in native and foreign languages), and find jobs at enterprises dealing with food production, at wholesalers and at institutions inspecting and ensuring food quality and safety both at the national and international level.
We are proud of that our Institution is the only one in Hungary offering full-scale education including bachelor, master and doctoral levels in Food Science. According to independent surveys, qualified food engineers are offered excellent job opportunities in the entire agrarian sector of the labor market.
