The mission of the Institute of Social and Political Science is to bring scholars together who excel in critical thinking and the creative combination of ideas and various theoretical approaches, and who wish to promote the well-being of society by analyzing social, political issues and public policies in a rigorous way. This intellectual potential can and should be exploited to provide high-quality teaching services to study programs, to conduct research and to publish in leading international journals, and to improve on the international embeddedness and visibility of the institute.
