Orbis M&A data + demonstration – 9 February, 2026

Access to BvD company’s (owner of the Orbis database) M&A data. During the trial, we provide access to two different databases:

  • M&A deals – module directly available in Orbis Europe (basic M&A data)
  • Orbis M&A database – a separate database includes global coverage as well as valuation.

Trial period: 9 February – 9 March

Passport – market research database – coming soon – 2 March, 2026

Passport provides data and insight on industries, economies and consumers worldwide, helping clients analyse market context and identify future trends.

Trial period: 2 March, 2026 – 23 March, 2026.

To help you navigate the database with confidence, join the English-language introductory platform demonstration. During the session the representative of the company will walk through the key features of Passport – including how to access and convert industry data, explore country and strategic reports, and use our visual dashboards. This will help ensure that the trial period delivers the most value for your research and teaching needs.

Demonstration: 3 March 2026. 9 a.m., through Teams. No registration is necessary. The session will be recorded and shared later here.

JSTOR – AI-tool

The JSTOR database of archival journals has been integrated with a multi-functional, interactive, research-enhancing AI tool with the following features:

– shows related contents

– creates the summary of the article or parts of it

– makes possible of asking free questions about the content, and

– recommends further research topics.

The tool is currently running in beta, so user feedback will also help to improve it. To activate it, you need to create a personal account on JSTOR.
