Taylor & Francis Ebook collections – 1 October – 11 November
Taylor & Francis publishes books and eBooks for all levels of academic study, across a wide range of subjects and disciplines, including the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and medicine. During the trial the Premium collections are also available.
Researchers have a single point of discovery for eBook content, multiple search options. Access to the platform will allow users to search ebook content at both the book and chapter level, filter search results by subject area, publication date and year published.
Period of testing: 1 October – 11 November

GlobalData Explorer – 28 September – 27 October
The former MarketLine database has been upgraded to a new platform called GlobalData Explorer. It provides a comprehensive database of business information with detailed market data and analytics across sectors. Its added features involve real-time data, such as deal tracking, social media analytics, hiring trends, company filings, and more.
The resources in GlobalData Explorer can be browsed by country, company, or sector, with similar subheadings in each section. The search is powered by built-in AI tools that use only information from the database.
The database is available within the IP range; for remote access, use the VPN.

JSTOR – AI-tool
The JSTOR database of archival journals has been integrated with a multi-functional, interactive, research-enhancing AI tool with the following features:
– shows related contents
– creates the summary of the article or parts of it
– makes possible of asking free questions about the content, and
– recommends further research topics.
The tool is currently running in beta, so user feedback will also help to improve it. To activate it, you need to create a personal account on JSTOR.
