The John Von Neumann Award, founded by the Rajk College for Advanced Studies, marks its thirtieth ceremony this year. The recipient, Guido Tabellini, is a professor of economics at Bocconi University. After receiving the award, Mr. Tabellini elaborated on the book he has written with joint authors, expected to be published this autumn. The publication draws comparisons between the cultural and organizational history of China and Europe between the two millenniums. Tamás Varga reported on the event.

Among master’s programs, social sciences have seen the most significant growth, with 50% more first-choice applicants than last year. Overall, the total number of first-choice applicants to Corvinus has risen by 13%.
