Zwack factory visit within the Entrepreneurship specialisation programme

Students and faculty of the Entrepreneurship specialisation in Business and Management participated in a field trip to the Zwack Unicum factory and visitor centre as part of the Family Business course.
Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

During the program, they gained insight into the operations of one of Hungary’s oldest family businesses, now led by its sixth generation. They also learned about the company’s rich history and how it has survived and grown through historically challenging periods.

Throughout the visit, participants gained valuable and inspiring insights into the company’s strategy, values, and the challenges of multi-generational family leadership. As part of the professional program, they also had the opportunity to taste the brand’s current product portfolio, bringing them closer to Zwack’s world and traditions.

Following the factory visit, the program continued as a team-building activity at Rombus restaurant, where students and faculty spent a more informal evening together.

The company visit provided an excellent opportunity for students to observe the operations of a long-established, multi-generational company in a real-world environment, while also strengthening team cohesion through a shared experience.
