Competing in the Olympics and standing on the podium at domestic and international competitions is a great honour. At the same time, being a top athlete involves many challenges and compromises. In this dialogue, we seek to explore how sports and university education can be balanced, as well as the challenges and potential synergies of completing a university education alongside a career in elite sports.

Sustainability today is no longer limited to physical operations: it is increasingly extending to our digital infrastructure and online presence. The operation of websites, digital services, and online content involves significant energy consumption, which is directly linked to carbon emissions. Recognising this, we have launched a comprehensive initiative aimed at integrating the measurement and reduction of our digital carbon footprint into our broader decarbonisation process.
