Babes-Bolyai University
Nearly sixty thousand students study in Cluj-Napoca, thanks to which it has a rich and vibrant cultural and student life. Babes-Bolyai University, the largest university in Romania, is located here. They have significant administrative training experience, one of the four EAPAA-accredited programs in Central and Eastern Europe can be found here.

First-year students of the Public Policy and Management training in Hungarian and English can apply for the program.

How many students can participate per year? 3
Which semester is spent at the partner? Year 2, autumn or spring
Number of credits to be completed at the partner: 30 ECTS
Thesis:
- according to common rules
- 1 consultant each from both universities
Thesis defense and final exam: joint, at the sending university
Title of second degree:
- from the Hungarian program: Public Management and Policy
- from the English program: Public and Non-Profit Institutions Management / Public Administration
