The conference and book launch organised by Corvinus on the occasion of the 70th birthday of László Csaba, Professor of Economics, was very well attended.

Since last year, Corvinus business studies and management programme have moved up in the QS world ranking to 251-300th place, still highly the first among Hungarian business programmes, while the only other Hungarian similar programme was ranked 300 places lower. Corvinus also improved its ranking in the broad subject area Social Sciences and Management.

The award for the best MSc-level thesis was received by Diána Nagy (Corvinus University of Budapest, Marketing MSc program) for her thesis entitled 'The cute stars of the internet - The trend of petfluencer pet owners'.

Corvinus has reached another milestone in its internationalisation process. In accordance with the University's language policy, the working language of the Senate will be English from April, but for the time being, interpretation will be provided for non-English speakers on request.
