Accommodation

The Corvinus Gellért Campus, which opened in February 2024, is the most sustainable educational building in the country, offering innovative and modern spaces, unique panorama, sports and accommodation facilities for students and professors alike.  

The dormitory rooms are on four floors, each with 2 or 3 beds, private bathrooms and air conditioning. The location of the building offers a beautiful panorama of both Buda and Pest. Each floor has a fully equipped, fully furnished, shared living room with American kitchen, which serves as a communal space. Laundry facilities are available in the laundry room located on each floor. An iron and ironing board can be provided on request. 

The campus also includes an 11,000 square metre park and sports centre with a climbing wall and a number of sports fields for team sports. This is available to Corvinus University citizens with a 20% discount. A Fresh Corner snack bar is available in the building, serving coffee, hotdogs, salads and soft drinks, among other snacks. A special feature of the campus is the Rooftop Café, a community space with an open terrace on the 7th floor.  

Reservations must be made at least 1 month in advance and 50% of the total price must be paid in advance, non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining 50% must be paid into the Corvinus account by the start date of the stay. 

 Name and passport number (if you have a Neptun code) are required for the reservation. In the case of individuals, only a private person with a Neptun code can use the service (due to the Neptun billing), in the case of a company or organisation, the rental can be made on the basis of a contract with Corvinus. 

The building has a reception service open 0-24 hours. An electronic card and/or NFC access control and room opening system has been installed in the dormitory. The dormitory floors can only be accessed with this card. The building has an enclosed car park, which can be accessed via gate 4. Permanent parking is minimal due to the limited number of parking spaces.

A reading room is located on the second floor of K wing and is available for use as a study room for students.

A data experience lab on the first floor of K wing provides access to a university computer. 

The campus is located at Mányoki út9, 10 minutes walking distance from the tram stop Gárdonyi tér (tram  47 and 49) and from the terminus of tram 6, Móricz Zsigmond Körtér. The campus is also accessible by bicycle, with bicycle storage at the main entrance.
