A tantárgy szakmai tartalma: The course introduces the participants into the complex analysis of international migration. International migration is a multilayered phenomenon and it requires the use of several approaches. The course will introduce participants into the analysis of macrostructures, micro conditions and mezzo level factors all playing a part in shaping international migration. The course will reflect also on the major policy dilemmas concerning migration.

Évközi tanulmányi követelmények: A comprehensive reading of the literature, active participation at the lectures and seminars, preparation of assignments, small presentations.
