Fight against inflation and central bank digital currency are in the focus of the international conference organised jointly by the Corvinus University, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), with the support of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Central Bank of Hungary, MNB). The University will award an honorary doctorate to the Managing Director of the BIS at the event.

In early February, two Corvinus student teams (in two categories) won the tourism innovation competition. One of them simplified the process of exchanging cups in restaurants, while the other came up with a new app presenting the capital's cultural and entertainment options.

The staff of the Business Ethics Centre at Corvinus University have had an active year. According to their 2022 report, value, sustainability and spirituality are in the focus of many of their projects, publications and conference activities.
