Restructuring Language Education at Corvinus

The University's Centre for Foreign Language Education and Research is adopting a new strategy, the accreditation of the Corvinus Language Examination Centre will not be renewed this year, and students will be able to take exams at other institutions from October.

New University Awards for Community Achievement – Education and Research Workshop of the Year Call for Proposals 

From 2022, a new element of the renewed Corvinus Honours Policy will include community achievement awards to recognise professional collaborations.

Slow Life and Slow Business workshop

On March 18, 2022 the Business Ethics Center of Corvinus University of Budapest and the Ludwig Museum in Budapest organized an online international workshop on “Slow Life – Slow Business” as part of the TRANS-GENERATIVES 2030 program of UNESCO Chair in Art and Science of Sustainable Development Goals at ICN Business School, Nancy.

European Public Policy Seminar Series – 1: European foreign and security policies in light of the Russian aggression of war on Ukraine

The Institute of Economic and Public Policy at Corvinus University of Budapest launched a new online seminar series on European public policies. The first seminar took take place on May 5th, 2022 and focused on European security policies in context of the Russian aggression of war on Ukraine.

6th International Conference on Fossil & Renewable Energy in Houston, USA

Tamás Mizik, associate professor of the Institute for the Development of Enterprises participated in the 6th Fossil and Renewable Energy Conference which took place in Houston, USA between 15-17 February 2022.

Update on CKK-22

Corvinus University of Budapest announced the Corvinus Research Excellence Award 2022 in December. Between January 3rd – 31st 2022, almost 80 Faculty members submitted their applications for the award, out of which 62 were valid and complied with the call.

Support for publication activity: Open access

The research support system of Corvinus University of Budapest has been available to all Corvinus lecturers and researchers since March 2020. Among the various research support options, the objective of the open access call for applications is to support open access publications, thus contributing to an increase in the number of references.
