Important changes

Before we get started, we’d like to draw your attention to an important change this year: if you are awarded a mobility place but later decide not to take the opportunity, you must withdraw within 15 days of the decision being announced. Otherwise, you will be required to reimburse 15% of the minimum wage (which amounts to approximately HUF 43,620 in 2025).

Who can apply?

You are eligible to apply if:

If you are applying (or have already applied) for a CEMS or Double Degree programme, you must still submit your application, as your mobility will only be funded if you also apply for the Pannonia Scholarship.

Evaluation

The detailed scoring table is available in the call for applications.

What and how much can you study abroad?

You can find the list of partner institutions and study fields in the call for applications and on the International Opportunities webpage.

If you are studying in a bachelor’s, single-cycle, or master’s programme, you must complete at least 21 credits abroad. To do so, you need to register for a minimum of 30 credits and at least 5 courses for your mobility semester, based on the credit values of the partner institution.

Useful information

Before selecting partner institutions, check which study fields are available for your programme — you can find this information in the table here. Then review the list of partner institutions to see which universities offer programmes that match your field of study.

The mobility period will take place in the 2026/2027 academic year (except for Double Degree students participating in the Porto programme).

We hope this short summary helps you navigate the application process.
