The one-week intensive programme aims to develop the methodological (case study method) and pedagogical skills of higher education teachers, with a focus on practice-oriented and student-centred teaching of business and management subjects.

The Corvinus delegation of lecturers represented different disciplines and institutions:

  • Bence Máté Bollók (Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences)

  • Zsófia Hajnalka Cserdi (Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences)

  • István Fábics (Institute of Accounting and Law)

  • Anna Freund (Institute of Operations and Decision Sciences)

  • Dorottya Szilvia Ginovszky-Bodnár (Institute of Strategy and Management)

  • Zsófia Jámbor (Institute of Operations and Decision Sciences)

  • Miklós Kozma (Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation)

  • Norbert Kozma (Institute of Accounting and Law)

  • Viktória Papp-Horváth (Institute of Strategy and Management)

  • Ákos Varga (Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences)

During the programme, participants not only took part in interactive workshops and seminars, but also had the opportunity to teach a lesson based on a pre-selected case study. This exercise provided an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge immediately, while participants received detailed feedback from international mentors and peers on their teaching methods, communication and pedagogical tools used.

The Corvinus lecturers found the training to be extremely useful and inspiring, which helped to strengthen their teaching identity and to incorporate modern, experiential and student-centred teaching methods into their own practice. Upon successful completion of the programme, all participants received an internationally recognised certificate confirming their professionalism and commitment to educational development.

Participation in the IMTA programme is an important step in the University’s strategy of internationalisation and educational development, strengthening Corvinus’ position among the region’s innovative and excellence-driven business schools.
