The Project Management Thesis of the Year Award supports young professionals at the start of their careers by recognizing outstanding theses on project management topics.

Starting May 19, comprehensive internal and external maintenance and repair work will begin across multiple areas of the campus. At the same time, road resurfacing will take place on the section of Mányoki Street between Orlay Street and Ménesi Street. This section will be closed to vehicle traffic during the works.

A team of three undergraduate students from Corvinus University secured first place at the MBC Case Competition in Vienna held in April, following a strong performance grounded in thorough preparation and strategic thinking.

Between April 11 and 17, the Corvinus University of Budapest and the student organization Corvinus Case Track Community co-organized the second edition of the Corvinus Undergraduate Business Experience, or CUBE, the university’s most prestigious international case competition. Teams from four continents—Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia—participated in this year's event.

An interdisciplinary research project employing methodological pluralism is being launched across ten European countries under Cluster 2 – Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society – of the Horizon Europe framework. The initiative involves the participation of Corvinus University of Budapest, alongside prestigious institutions such as Lund University (Sweden), Antonio de Nebrija University (Spain), the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA, Romania), the Center for Social Sciences (Georgia), the Centro de Estudos Sociais (Portugal), the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies (Germany), the University of Bologna (Italy), and the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The project is supported by Hungary’s Ministry of Culture and Innovation.

A recent study by researchers at Corvinus University of Budapest reveals that the crises between 2019 and 2022 boosted the market power of dairy processors in Hungary, allowing them to shift rising costs onto consumers while gaining a stronger bargaining position over retailers. According to the study, the situation could be improved by fostering stronger competition in the dairy processing market and by making plant-based milk alternatives more price-competitive compared to traditional dairy products.

In the fall of 2024, the jubilee graduates from the university continued a fundraising initiative started in 2023 with the intention of establishing a tradition. Through the donations of fourteen jubilee graduates, a total of 1,136,000 HUF was raised, which supported the studies of a disadvantaged student at Corvinus University through the Szabó Kálmán Talent Program.
