SUMMER DORMITORY 2023

This year, there will also be an opportunity to apply for a summer dormitory for Corvinus students at the Kinizsi and Tarkaréti Dormitory of the University. It is a condition of the application that you must have an active corvinus student status when submitting your application and that you must pay the full amount of your summer dormitory fee in advance if you are admitted successfully.

You can apply and settle your fees through the Neptun system.

You can find the relevant application in the Neptun / Administration / Requests / Available Requests forms (application called Summer Dormitory Application 2023).

You can choose from several time intervals: 1 month (only July) or 2 months (July and August). The exact start and end dates are given in the application form.

The summer dormitory fees are the same as the cost fee for the given building (based on Annex 7 of the HTJSZ), which you must pay in advance. In the case of Kinizsi Dormitory 2 double rooms 29,500 HUF / person / month, in the case of 3 or more beds 28,000 HUF / person / month, in the case of Tarkaréti Dormitory 3-beded room 28,000 HUF / person / month. An applicant who fails to pay the announced fee on time will automatically lose his / her place and will no longer be entitled to a summer dormitory place.

The period you apply for cannot be changed later, so please carefully consider what period you are marking.

Application period for submission of the form:

June 1, 2023 18:00 am – June 8, 2023 12:00 pm

Results at the earliest:

June 9, 2023

The dormitory will send a notification and decision on the outcome of the Summer Dormitory Application and all other details regarding the move-in. The announcement of the fees is also 08.06.2022. expected after.

Deadline for payment of the fee 26.06.2023. 12:00 pm (candidates / state examiners should be careful to settle the fee as soon as possible)
