Salerno, Italy, hosted this year’s University 3×3 Basketball European Championship, where both our women’s and men’s teams competed. The strong international field of the tournament offered an excellent opportunity for the athletes of Corvinus University to develop.Twenty teams competed in the women’s field.

Our girls were placed in an extremely strong group, where all of our opponents finished at the top of the tournament. Unfortunately, we did not manage to make it into the top 16.

The men started their campaign in a field of 24 teams. The Corvinus
men’s team lost one of their players to injury in their second match, but still
managed to advance.
