Professional Day for Corvinus Business Development Master’s Students

The programme’s community started the day at the award-winning downtown office of All You Can Move, where the management team welcomed participants with freshly baked warm croissants and a presentation on the company’s operational processes. Dr Zsuzsa Mihalik, founder and CEO of AYCM, also greeted the audience and shared personal insights from her own crisis management experience.
After a shared lunch, the group was refreshed by a short walk to the Gellért Campus, where the afternoon programme continued at the Rooftop Café. Instead of coffee, students were energized by a dynamic simulation game organised by the programme’s student association, the Business Development Club (VFK).
The afternoon’s professional programme opened with a presentation by György Sági, founder and organisational development consultant at Bondweaver, who introduced participants to the world of mapping organisational networks. This was followed by a panel discussion in which the speakers, drawing on personal experience while taking a strategic perspective, explored how AI can become a genuine value-creating tool in the corporate environment. The expert panel featured Dr Viktória Bódi, Secretary General of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK); Dr Csaba Csáki, Dean responsible for Artificial Intelligence at Corvinus University of Budapest, and Zoltán Kovács, investor and former CEO of Kirowski Isobar.

The master’s students also had the opportunity to exchange experiences with both current and former peers who had taken part in various university talent development programmes. Among them were Both Sára and Vivien Valasek, recipients of TDK awards; Zsolt Mundweil, member of an international case competition team; and Rudolf Vura and Máté Czvitkó, alumni of the university’s start-up programmes. The event also included the ceremonial presentation of participation certificates for the Business Development Mentoring Programme.
The day concluded on a fitting note with a high-quality wine tasting led by Dr Attila Fiáth, an international wine academic. For the nearly fifty participants, the programme offered not only memorable experiences, but also new knowledge, fresh inspiration and a strengthened sense of community — and many students were already making plans for a shared summer excursion on their way home.

The programme of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation was realised with the support of the Youth Enterprise Support Society.
