Corvinus University of Budapest is the only Hungarian university included in the highly prestigious Eduniversal ranking of business schools. And with not just any ranking: Our University finished second in Eduniversal’s Eastern European ranking this year.
The primary goal of the Eduniversal network – which ranks higher education institutions with business programs of the world in 9 geographical regions – is to provide guidance for students interested in business education when choosing a university.
For the fourth year in a row, Corvinus University of Budapest is among the top three in the Central European ranking of the prestigious Eduniversal, and this year Corvinus finished in second place in the ranking. The first place in the Central European ranking this year was awarded to the University of Economics and Business in Prague, while the third place is shared by the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Management and the University of Ljubljana – School of Economics and Business.
In addition to its prominent position in the Central European rankings, Corvinus University of Budapest retained its four-palme rankings this year (based on the votes of more than 1,000 business school deans). This also means that as the holder of the Palmes of Excellence Award, with a 4-palme rating (i.e. an outstanding number of dean votes), Corvinus University of Budapest managed to stay in the elite club of the 200 best business schools in the Eduniversal network this year as well. The Palmes of Excellence Awards was one of the highlights of the international organisation’s one-week world congress, which was held online this year due to the epidemic situation, but with unique and forward-thinking virtual solutions.
