Three of our students represented Corvinus at this year's championships.

On 24 May 2024, for the second time in a row, a full-day professional and team-building event for students of the Master of Business Development took place. The students were able to enjoy a wide range of experiences: from Péter Balogh's startup presentation to a pizza joint, from GE Vernova's lean management workshop to a guided wine tasting, the team of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation prepared a rich programme.

Once again, a farmers' market has been organised at Corvinus, this time in the Main Hall of the University. We talked to Lili Ágfalvai, a student of International Studies, about her impressions and experiences, who was present as a producer, too.

Gábor Békés and Gábor Kézdi's data analysis textbook is beautiful and useful in everyday business life, and already tops a prestigious Hungarian bestseller list in the money, investment and business category. The first half of this niche economic publication, written by the Corvinus researchers and used in 30 countries, is now available in Hungarian translation. The book aims to make knowledge accessible to all.

Starting this year, Corvinus will be ordering more sustainable compost instead of traditional potting soil, and as part of the project we are also organised a community planting event.
