The Happiest Moment of the Doctoral Training

Rector Előd Takáts awarded 38 former doctoral students as doctors of the Corvinus University of Budapest, the PhD degrees were handed over together with Zsolt Rostoványi, the chairman of the University Doctoral Council. The diploma of the habilitated doctorate was handed over in the same ceremony too.

Since the Doctoral graduation ceremony had to be postponed in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event on 20th October 2021 attracted a great deal of interest, and the rows of chairs in the Aula were filled with celebrants and their guests. 

Rector Előd Takáts awarded 38 former doctoral students as doctors of the Corvinus University of Budapest, the PhD degrees were handed over together with Zsolt Rostoványi, the chairman of the University Doctoral Council. The management of the University also congratulated the happy doctorates on obtaining a PhD degree as an entrance to their academic careers. 

The diploma of the habilitated doctorate was handed over in the same ceremony. Barbara Dömötör, Attila Melegh and Áron Török received their ornate diplomas at the end of the habilitation procedure, which is the hallway of becoming a professor.
