Neptun shutdown (October 8-12.)

In-person study administration will be suspended on the 11th October and the 12th October.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the Neptun study and registration system will not be available between Friday, 8 October 2021 and Tuesday, 12 October 2021.

It is very important that during this period, study administration is not possible from either the student or the coordinator’s side, and as a result, the in-person study administration will be suspended on the 11th October and the 12th October. Student emails and “Do it online!” messages received during this period can only be processed to a limited extent by our staff.

Scheduled maintenance is essential for the proper operation of the Neptun system, we apologize for the resulting suspended administration! In order to avoid possible inconveniences, please manage your study administration tasks with this period in mind!
