Strategy, Management and Entrepreneurship

Doctoral Programme

The program offers the highest level of education in the field, preparing students for domestic and international academic careers, as well as for fulfilling executive level and senior expert positions with scientific rigor. We build bridges between proven theories and methodologies and complex organizational realities.

Organizational types: From startups to large corporations, from nonprofits to public institutions, we examine phenomena at the individual, group, and organizational levels, as well as the networked cooperation of these organizations.

Hard and soft topics: Our research ranges from strategy and business models, through operational processes and their IT support, to leadership styles and organizational culture, with a focus on their impact on performance.

Approach: We support the diversity of scientific paradigms (functionalist, interpretive, critical, and postmodern).

Methodologies: Qualitative (case studies, in-depth interviews, content analysis, or ethnography), quantitative (questionnaire surveys and multivariate statistical analyses), and mixed (combining the two approaches) methodologies can all be used in our research.
