More than fifty participants attended this year’s alumni reunion of the Real Estate Management programme

On the afternoon of May 20, more than fifty participants of the Real Estate Management / Specialist in Economics postgraduate programme gathered at the Faculty Club. Following tradition, attendees first listened to a short presentation of an excellent thesis, and then discussed a topic of broader professional interest. This year, Dr. Szomori Béla, Head of the Real Estate Management Department at Magyar Posta, delivered a short presentation on the contractual framework supporting risk management in real estate development. 

Afterwards, Balázs Barts Balázs, an alumnus of the programme and CEO of the Fővárosi Vagyonkezelő Központ, spoke about the results of the recently concluded international design competition for the urban development project in Rákosrendező, as well as the professional debates surrounding the development. 

The programme concluded with informal networking and discussions lasting into the evening.
