Study at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management! With the Pannónia short-term mobility programme it’s possible

If you are a Master’s student, you now have the chance to join an intensive, almost 1-week-long course in Frankfurt in February 2026. The Design and Management of Hierarchies module is a great fit if you’re interested in how organisations function and want to experience this in an international setting.
Who can apply?

Primarily students studying in MSc programmes.

Also, students studying in MA programmes, who have completed Business Economics and Strategic Management, or equivalent subjects. (These credits can also be obtained at the undergraduate level.)
Important: Students on the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship are also eligible to apply for short-term mobility!
What will you learn?
The course introduces the main principles of Organisational Design, exploring questions such as:

how organisational structures can be designed effectively

which factors shape the work of teams and business units

what classical and modern approaches exist in organisation design

You’ll work with case studies, discussions and simulations,

guided by the instructor, Stephan Billinge from the Frankfurt School.
The module also includes a company visit, providing you with the opportunity to observe a German organisation in practice.

Dates: 9 –13 February 2026

Structure: 5 days of teaching + 1 company visit

Credits: 6 ECTS, recognised at Corvinus as an elective course

Assessment: you will submit the assignment online two weeks after the module ends
Funding
Your travel and participation are supported by the Pannónia short-term mobility programme. You can find more details here.
Please note that participation in the programme may require pre-financing, as the disbursement of the scholarship may be delayed due to time constraints.

The application is independent of long-term Pannonia mobility programs, so you can apply for both!
The application deadline is 12.00, 19th January 2026.
You will be notified of the outcome of your application by 21st January 2026.
