Did you know that Germany, Austria and Switzerland are Hungary’s top economic partners? If you have a B2-level German language certificate and have been accepted to Finance and Accounting, Applied Economics, Business Administration and Management, Business Informatics, Data Science in Management or International Business course, the DSG – German Management Training Programme could be just for you. 

For over 30 years, DSG has been offering management courses in German at Corvinus University of Budapest, in close cooperation with the University of Passau. Renowned Hungarian, German and Austrian lecturers ensure high-quality, internationally recognised education, bringing fresh perspectives to the curriculum. 

At DSG, you can complete compulsory courses in German – such as Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Economics), Investition und Finanzierung (Corporate Finance) or Marketing – which count fully towards your programme requirements. This means you don’t have to take the same subjects in Hungarian or English, and you’ll earn the same credits.

One of the highlights of the semester is the Erstsemester-Abend (Freshmen’s Eve) on 24 September, where new DSG students can meet each other, the lecturers, teaching assistants and alumni in a friendly, informal atmosphere. It’s the perfect opportunity to start building your network, get to know the community and see what DSG life is all about. 

The DSG entrance test (language assessment) will be held on 2 September, 17:00, Gellért Campus – register here. 

The DSG Club student organisation runs events throughout the year, helping your professional development while becoming part of a close-knit, supportive community.
