Kickstarting entrepreneurship and innovation – the Corvinus Boost program has just started

2024-03-27 16:30:00

The Corvinus Boost Program - powered by the Corvinus Entrepreneurship Platform - has started with an Info Session and Team Building event at the Gellért Campus.

Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

All the student teams and the professional mentors gathered first at the kickoff matchmaking event, where Márton Barta, Head of Strategy, and Dávid Baranyai, Head of Corporate and Institutional Relations, along with Adrienn Vauver, Rebeka Kapás and Ákos Zulik, Program Managers, welcomed the participants in the presence of the professional mentors at the course led by Zsolt Gémesi. In the 5-week scheme they will make sure that all the teams will be able to create a business pitch and enable kicking off their entrepreneurial careers in the future.

The Boost Program is a framework of education and mentorship solutions for teams and individuals with entrepreneurial drive. This opportunity will help students to successfully grow their projects and prepare them to do their pitches and negotiate with investors. Throughout the program there is no pressure to finish off the whole work, this kickstarter program rather offers the basic knowledge and practical insight on how to enter the market with the innovative ideas.

The Boost Program is part of the new Corvinus Entrepreneurship Platform aiming to support venture creation and their entrepreneurial ambitions of Corvinus students.

The English-language training takes place at Gellért Campus and creates a bridge between the stage of rough ideas and more solid business pitches – helping to meet expectations of VCs and other stakeholders. The weekly training will also be a fertile ground for cross-team collaboration and a cross-pollination of projects.

The Boost Program plans to showcase business pitch outcomes in mid May 2024.

More information about the Boost programme is available on the website.
