Apply for the Corvinus Doctoral Excellence Scholarships!
The purpose of the call is to support the research efforts of the most talented and best-performing doctoral students, to help them achieve stability in their financial situation and to make the transition to an international academic career. The scholarship is available for the second two years of the doctoral programme (research and dissertation phase) and covers a total of four semesters.
Eligibility Criteria:
The scholarship is available to students who are in their fourth (4th) semester of the doctoral program and meet the following conditions:

You are pursuing your studies in the academic path outlined in the Doctoral Regulations;

You are enrolled in a Hungarian state-funded doctoral program and have successfully completed the first three semesters;

You have passed the comprehensive examination prior to submitting the application.
Receiving a Corvinus Doctoral Scholarship in the first semester of the programme is not a requirement. However, if you are currently a recipient of a Cooperative Doctoral Scholarship for the semesters eligible for funding under this call, you are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Documents to be submitted:
Doctoral students applying for the scholarship are required to submit the following documents with their application:

research proposal for the duration of the scholarship (5th-8th semester);

the opinion and recommendation of the supervisor and Programme Director;

professional curriculum vitae.
The amount of the scholarship: HUF 360,000/month
Application period: 10 am on 12 June 2025 – 2 pm on 30 June 2025
