IT systems downtime – Submit your requests before 14 November!

Due to scheduled IT maintenance, several university systems will be temporarily unavailable from 14:00 p.m. on Friday, 14 November 2025, until 23:59 p.m. on Saturday, 15 November 2025.
Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

The affected systems are: 

  • Neptun 

  • MyCorvinusApp 

  • HUB 

  • Cusman 

  • Moodle 

During this period, internet and Wi-Fi access will also be unavailable in all university buildings, meaning that none of the online services can be accessed. 

Please note that this downtime will also affect the submission of requests in Neptun. We therefore ask students to submit all necessary requests by Friday, 14 November, at noon. 

The maintenance aims to improve the reliability and performance of the university’s IT systems. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
