The Corvinus Corporate Mentoring Programme is open to an even wider range of students this year: you can now apply regardless of your study programme!
During the nearly six-month mentoring programme, you can learn from experienced corporate professionals, receive personalised support in achieving your professional goals, and build connections that may prove valuable throughout your future career.
But how does the programme work, and what can you gain from it? We have gathered the most important information for you.

How does the programme work?
The programme brings mentors and mentees together in pairs. The matching process takes into account your interests and the mentor’s area of expertise to help you get the most out of the experience.

Working together: During the nearly six-month programme, you can meet with your mentor 3–5 times, either in person or online, with the timing arranged flexibly.

Milestones and collecting points: You can earn points for your participation and for completing optional challenges, while keeping track of your progress throughout the programme. To receive a certificate for completing the programme, you will need to achieve the required number of points.

Support: Throughout the programme, a mentoring programme coordinator will be there to support you if you need help and keep you motivated along the way.

Learn from leading professionals! The programme gives you the opportunity to work with recognised professionals in senior positions. At the end of the programme, you can also ask your mentor for a letter of recommendation, which can be a valuable addition to your CV. Meet the programme mentors!

Build your professional network! Through your mentor, you can connect with leading professionals in the sector and build valuable relationships in your field. These connections may prove useful later in your career, including when applying for jobs.
