Nearly thirty years have passed since the end of the Yugoslav Wars, a conflict that shook Europe to its core. It redrew maps️, disrupted the continent, and profoundly transformed the geopolitical landscape of Southeast Europe — with effects still felt to this day.

Organized by the Central Europe Society and the College for Advanced Studies in Practical Diplomacy, this event reflects on one of the war’s most defining and tragic episodes: the Srebrenica massacre️, from a three-decade perspective. During the panel discussion, we will explore the consequences of the massacre from historical, political, and international legal perspectives.
