Future Has a Future 2026 SUMMIT

Date: 04 June 2026, 9:00-16:00
Location: Metropolitan University, 1148 Budapest, 1–9 Nagy Lajos király útja
Language of the event: Hungarian
The SUMMIT is a groundbreaking event that deliberately goes beyond the framework of traditional conferences. Its goal is to foster genuine dialogue and connection around issues shaping the future of the economy, organizations, and individuals.
The program is built around four main focus areas:
- Global impacts and social restructuring: How are AI, globalization, and social diversity shaping how the world operates—and our own decisions within it?
- Economic cyclicality and organizational adaptation: What does it mean to adapt in a constantly changing environment? What remains stable, and what needs to be rethought?
- Innovation and adaptive culture: What kind of organizational functioning supports learning, change, and development?
- Individual coping and progress: What internal resources can we rely on, and how can we move forward consciously in an uncertain world?
The aim of the SUMMIT is to turn thinking about the future into real directions and actions. The program takes place across three venues, featuring plenary sessions, discussion-based formats, and interactive elements. A special highlight of the day is Éva (AI), a character brought to life by artificial intelligence, who will participate in the program, reflecting on future-related questions in live conversations and panel discussions.
Participants can also take part in interactive programs, including:
- World Café – collaborative thinking about knowledge, responsibility, and roles
- Workshop – the role of our decisions in shaping the future
- ImProFit – experiencing how we function in unexpected situations
- Live interviews and panel discussions
- Escape room and networking opportunities
The SUMMIT welcomes leaders, decision-makers, professionals, nonprofit organizations, educators, students, and anyone open to shared thinking and eager to connect more consciously with the future.
