Calls for research proposals
The continuous professional development both at domestic and international level is a key element of the quality research activity in which the University intends to provide overriding support for our lecturer and researcher colleagues.
This is facilitated by Workflow system as well which makes the process of application submission for the purpose of research simpler, quicker and more transparent. The application resources are open for all full- and part-time colleagues and PhD students who submitted their lecturer, researcher, teacher statement (T1 statement) at Corvinus University of Budapest.
They are open for those full-time colleagues who have exhausted the resources from their own research applications and for those PhD students who have exhausted the resources of the Doctoral School in the given period.We have collected the proposal opportunities to support the colleagues’ research activity and make all the information available at one place.
University research supporting application system
General Information
The application resources are open for all full- and part-time colleagues and PhD students who submitted their lecturer, researcher, teacher statement (T1 statement) at Corvinus University of Budapest. They are open for those full-time colleagues who have exhausted the resources from their own research applications and for those PhD students who have exhausted the resources of the Doctoral School in the given period.
Below you can find the new and renewed calls for applications. In case of all proposals the submission is continuous and the Research Committee makes a decision within five working days upon receiving complete applications. Following this one may start the permission process at the University. It is always the applicant who has to administer this process. Applications can be submitted only via the online Workflow system.
The system can be used only from the university’s network or through VPN in case of remote access and with individual registration. One can register only with their uni-corvinus email address. To be able to submit applications please sign in after registration and complete the appropriate form.
Calls for proposals and processes
Applications can be submitted for supporting the following activities as of March 2020:
Participation in international, scientific conferences with the aim of displaying research results of Corvinus University of Budapest internationally as well and helping the lecturers to get more internationally involved in scientific life.
Participation in online international scientific conferences with the aim of displaying research results of Corvinus University of Budapest internationally as well and helping the lecturers to get more internationally involved in scientific life.
Participation in proposal preparatory events (Networking) to foster the participation of Corvinus University of Budapest in international research proposals.
Support of publication activity: proofreading. The aim of the proofreading proposal is to foster publication in international journals and provide funding possibility for proofreading articles proposed to be accepted.
Support of publication activity: open access proposal supports open access to publications hence fostering the increase of references.
Organizing international conference: The call for proposal intends to ease the organization of international conferences, workshops and trainings.
Outstanding Publication Award: Only those colleagues can apply for this award who won KPD award in 2019 and there is still available resource from this allocation.
What to do next if my application is successful?
In case the Evaluation Committee has given a positive assessment, one can start the administrative process at the university after the support notification has been issued. We would like to help you with this process so below you can find flowchart of the current processes. We hope we can make the administration process easier for you with these diagrams.
