Online study administration
The ‘Do It Online!’ study administration portal is available to all students at the University, both via the web (Corvinus hub) and through the MyCorvinus mobile app.
- The application features a knowledge base and online study administration functions, available in the language and with the content relevant to the student’s degree programme. Here, students can contact administrators and ask questions regarding specific study matters.
- If a student cannot find the relevant answer to their query on a particular topic (article), or has further questions, they can start a case, which will be directed to the appropriate administrator depending on the student’s programme and the chosen topic. On this platform, students can communicate with the administrator, receive automatic notifications about changes to the status of their case, and view their previous cases.
In-person academic administration – During office hours
Specialised areas (ERASMUS, etc.): we welcome students to the offices listed under the relevant menu item during the specified office hours.
General study administration takes place at the Student Services Area: Building E, 1st floor.

- You are able to search dynamically, which is supported by keywords linked to each article
- Under the pinned articles and categories section you can find the most important topics, you should keep an eye on.
- Furthermore, you are able to track your open cases and their status on the homepage. You can directly contact our colleague owning your case via the new platform.
