During your studies, you will use several online systems for course registration, learning materials, communication and study administration. This page helps you understand which tools you need, when you need them, and what to do first.
At Corvinus, digital systems are grouped into four main areas:
Neptun and CUSMAN are the two key systems at Corvinus that connect you to almost all other digital services. Once you are logged in through these platforms, you will be able to access most of the tools listed below.
After your admission your university systems are not active immediately.
Don’t worry — you will receive a separate notification when your account is ready to use, together with all login instructions. Please wait for this before trying to log in.
What is Neptun?
Neptun is the university’s academic administration system. You will use it throughout your studies to register for courses and exams, manage academic requests, apply for dormitory places, make your exam fee or other payments, or handle other study-related administration.
How to login first?
Once you have these, you are ready to log in!
One of your first tasks will be to:
Throughout your studies, you will regularly return to Neptun for managing your studies, including course and exam registration, financial matters, and other administrative tasks. All important study-related, financial, and administrative deadlines and tasks are managed through Neptun. Regularly checking the system and completing tasks on time will help you avoid unnecessary complications and ensure smooth progress in your studies.
What is CUSMAN?
CUSMAN (Central User Management System) is where you activate your university account. Once your account has been activated, you can use the same username and password to access multiple Corvinus digital services.
Your official university email address (@stud.uni-corvinus.hu) is also created during this process.
When should I activate my account?
You can activate your account after:
Why is this important?
Activating your university account gives you access to essential digital services, including:
Please note that official notifications and study administration messages are sent via Neptun and in some cases your university email. To comply with data protection and university regulations, important information will not be sent to your personal email address, so it is important to check both Neptun and your university inbox regularly!
