Join Us for Our Annual Alumni Reunion on 11 June

We welcome all Corvinus alumni to this informal gathering starting at 6:00 PM, regardless of when they graduated or what programme they completed at the university or any of its predecessor institutions. The evening, expected to continue into the late hours, will offer a relaxed atmosphere for conversation and reminiscing, accompanied by delicious bites, special surprise programmes and live music. At this year’s Annual Alumni Reunion, we will once again present the Alumni of the Year Award in two categories.

The event will be followed by an informal afterparty at Africafé, located in Kinizsi Dormitory. Please note that this afterparty is not organised by the university.

Who can join and how?

The Corvinus Alumni Club is open to anyone who has earned a degree from Budapest Corvinus University or its predecessor institutions, or who has successfully participated in a program offered by Corvinus. This naturally includes predecessor institutions and faculties that were part of Corvinus at the time the degree was awarded.

Corvinus Alumnus Receives Prestigious Award from Columbia University

At this year’s award ceremony of Columbia University in New York, Ábel Ravasz received one of the institution’s most prestigious honors. Before pursuing his studies at Columbia, Ravasz was also a student at Corvinus University of Budapest. The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Recent Alumni Award is presented annually to a former student who has demonstrated outstanding professional achievements alongside a significant societal impact.

Alumni mentors support students at the start of their careers

For years, one of the most popular events at Corvinus University’s twice-yearly Career & Business Festival has been the Alumni Café, where students can seek career advice from alumni working across a range of industries. At the spring festival, students were able to sign up to meet fourteen mentors.
