You can apply for the Regular Social Grant at the beginning of next year
The regular social grant is a financial benefit provided for students on the basis of their social situation
You may apply for the scholarship from the first semester of your first year, provided that in the semester for which you are applying you have an active student status and are enrolled in a full-time (daytime) bachelor’s programme, a two or single-cycle master’s programme.
If you are also applying for a dormitory place
If you are submitting a dormitory application for Semester 2 of the 2025/2026 academic year and you would like your social points to be taken into account in the dormitory assessment, you may submit your grant application during the following period:

5 January 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 9 January 2026, 12:00 p.m.
You will also have the opportunity to submit comments/appeals in Neptun:

14 January 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 16 January 2026, 12:00 p.m.
If you do not plan to apply for a dormitory place
You may submit your application during the following period:

9 February 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 13 February 2026, 12:00 p.m.
The application and all required attachments must be submitted in the Neptun system under Administration / Requests / Available Request Forms, using the form entitled
“P201 – Application for Regular Social Grant”
