Visit to Richter Gedeon Nyrt. with Students of the Postgraduate Program in Large-Scale Investment Project Management

The program began with an introduction to the Technical Services area of Richter, presented by Gábor Tárnoki. This was followed by professional presentations delivered by colleagues from the Investment and Coordination Department: Gyula Kolontári (Head of Department), Miklós Szőcs (Head of Unit), Viktor Farkas (Head of Unit), Csaba Ódor (Head of Unit), and Balázs Schmidt. Their presentations introduced the process of requesting and preparing CAPEX projects, the main steps of project implementation, and the controlling support provided to projects. 

As part of the visit, students also participated in a professional site tour of the company’s new headquarters building, inaugurated in 2024. The 17,400 m² facility, located on Gyömrői Road and developed with an investment of approximately HUF 20 billion, was presented to the group by Dávid Szilágyi, the project manager responsible for the development.
