Professional study trip to Vienna for students of tourism specialization

Students of the ‘Experience Design in Tourism’ specialization participated in a three-day professional study trip to Vienna in January 2026, supported by the Pannónia Group Scholarship.
Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

In January, students and lecturers of the ‘Experience Design in Tourism’ specialization at Corvinus University of Budapest participated in an intensive study trip to Vienna, supported by the Pannónia Scholarship Program. During the program, they visited iconic and innovative tourist attractions and explored the practical implementation of experience-based and sustainable tourism through an interactive workshop. An important element of the professional program was a visit to the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, where lectures and professional discussions deepened their knowledge on sustainability and the environmental impacts of tourism.

The study trip provided an excellent opportunity for students to connect university coursework with international best practices in real-world contexts: from heritage-based product development and destination management to sustainability and experience creation. It was an inspiring, educational, and enriching experience – many thanks to the Pannónia Scholarship Program for their support!
