The way to yourself – Bibliotherapy Group Launching in February

Join us at the library for a six-session bibliotherapy group offering opportunities for deeper self-exploration. The sessions are not sequential, so you are welcome to attend individual occasions as well.
Throughout the program, we will work with poems, short prose excerpts, and creative exercises. This is not a literary analysis seminar, but a space for personal reflection. The texts serve as starting points that help participants articulate and reconsider the thoughts and questions that matter to them. There are no right or wrong answers, only attention and connection.
