To meet the increased demand for research into the history of Hungarian higher education institutions, the Hungarian National Archives’ Databases Online service makes the minutes of the governing body meetings available.
These resources have already been added to the HUNGARICANA Public Collections Portal, but now they can be searched in the form of an archival database, providing more detailed search options.
The minutes of the governing boards of Corvinus University of Budapest, the oldest institution of economics education in Hungary, and the minutes of its predecessors between 1891 and 1944 can be consulted in the database.
The publication of these sources, in addition to information on the history of the university, can contribute to understanding the social history of the first half of the 20th century. The original copies of the minutes are kept in the Corvinus Archives.
The original news was published on the page of the National Archives of Hungary.
