Temporary shutdown of university networks on 27-28 April

Due to a firewall security upgrade, there will be a service outage on university networks from Saturday 27 April 2024 at 20:00 until Sunday 28 April 2024 at 10:00.
The following services will not be available during this period:
There will be no network, internet or wifi service in university buildings and halls of residence.
There will be no access to the internet or other services in the campuses, nor will there be any Internet connection or services in the campuses.
The university website will not be available.
No resources will be available outside or inside the university network that require a network or VPN connection.
However, O365 services, all documents stored in cloud storage and university emailing system will be accessible from outside the university network.
