The Hungarian Real Estate Development Quality Award organized by FIABCI Hungary is a highly regarded competition where the best of the profession can present their most outstanding real estate development achievements on an international level. The results of this year’s competition were announced on Monday, 24 November 2025. 

The first prize of the 27th Hungarian Real Estate Development Quality Award Competition was awarded to RK Developer Ltd. for the implementation of the Hotel Petit Bois Füred, which also earned them first place in both the hotel and heritage protection categories. 

The first prize in the university–technology center category, as well as the special prize of the Hungarian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Developers’ Roundtable Association, was awarded to Market Építő Zrt. for the implementation of the Corvinus Gellért Campus.
