A Quick guide to semester dates, breaks and public holidays 

It’s easy to lose track of important dates during the academic year – semester starts, breaks, exams and days when the university is closed. Some of these closures are linked to Hungarian public holidays you might not know about if you’re new here. 

This short guide will help you plan ahead for your studies, free time, and even trips or personal events.
