Plan your future with purpose: Discover the Corvinus Navigator programme!

Navigator is the University’s own digital career and life planning platform. It starts with an 8–10-minute competency assessment that maps your strengths across five key dimensions, provides insights into your decision-making patterns, and highlights areas where you may benefit from further development. Based on your results, you receive a personalised profile that can help you make more informed decisions about your next steps.
Navigator also helps you explore your career anchors – the factors that are most important to you when it comes to your career and work environment. The platform also supports you in choosing courses and other university opportunities, helping you reflect on which professional directions and opportunities best match your strengths and goals.
Thousands of students are already using Navigator
Navigator has become an important part of career and life planning at Corvinus:
-
3,000+ students have completed the self-assessment tests;
-
660+ individual consultations have taken place;
-
180+ students have been accepted into the Navigator Mentor+ Programme;
-
65+ faculty mentors supported students during the past academic year.
Alongside its digital tools, one of Navigator’s key elements is personal support.
Mentor+ Programme
As part of the Navigator Mentor+ Programme, you can work with a dedicated faculty mentor throughout an entire academic year. Your mentor will support your personal and professional development, as well as your university and career goals.
Your mentor can help you navigate academic and professional opportunities, whether you are choosing a specialisation or thesis topic, considering TDK research, exploring international mobility opportunities, looking for an internship or working on your CV. The mentoring process can also support you in planning your long-term professional and career path.
