Who can apply? 

The Regular Social Grant is available to full-time bachelor’s and master’s students who have an active student status in the relevant semester. The scholarship is awarded based on the applicant’s social circumstances and provides monthly financial support for one semester. 

When and how can you apply? 

If you would like your social score to be considered for your dormitory application, you can submit your application between 10:00 on 20 July 2026 and 12:00 on 27 July 2026 via the “P201-Application for Regular Social Grant” request form in Neptun. 

What should you pay attention to before applying? 

All social circumstances indicated in your application must be supported by the required documents specified in the call for applications. The Student Social Committee will only assess circumstances that are properly documented, so make sure you upload all the necessary supporting documents before submitting your application. 

Don’t forget about the review period! 

For applications submitted together with a dormitory application, the review period will be available in Neptun between 16:00 on 5 August 2026 and 12:00 on 10 August 2026. Please note that both the application and review deadlines are strict, so be sure to check your Neptun messages regularly and submit all required documents on time.
