New at Corvinus? Activate Your CUSMAN Account!

What is CUSMAN? 

CUSMAN (Central User Management System) is the system that gives you access to Corvinus University’s digital services. Once you activate your university account, your official university email address (…@stud.uni-corvinus.hu) will also be created. 

Important: Your university email address will be used for all official communication from Corvinus. Make sure to check both your university email inbox and your Neptun messages regularly so you don’t miss any important updates. 

How to activate your account? 

1. Open the CUSMAN system website. 
2. Have your Neptun code ready for logging in.
   Note: CUSMAN and Neptun are separate systems, so their passwords and security settings are managed independently. Changing your CUSMAN password will not change your Neptun password, and vice versa. 
3. Log in to the system. 
4. Follow the instructions on the screen. 
5. Change your password after logging in for the first time (this is required to complete registration!).
6. Log in to the CUSMAN system using your new password. Once logged in, you will be able to see your university email address and your access rights. 

Once you’ve completed these steps, your university account is ready to use.
